The Power of Habit

The Power of Habit

■Impression

I was interested in "power of custom" as the title and tried it in my hands.

It is nice to have a lot of cases introduced, as it is a thick book, but there were many places that I felt redundant.

People who do not have time at first, Epilog, if you are interested, I think that you can understand the summary by reading Starbucks.

I am doing futsal every weekend for more than five years, but taking it as an example
The mechanism to become a habit is made by repeating the following three times many times.

<Analysis of futsal habitualization>

"Trigger": Every weekend morning
"Routine": Participate in individual futsal
"Reward": desire for endorphin secretion and achievement

Especially when reward is important, in my case, I feel that the sense of accomplishment when I was able to do a good play never fades over anything repeatedly, so I think that it is becoming a strong habit.

Although it was also written in the book, although it takes a burden on the brain until it is customized,

The load of the brain gradually decreases as it is repeated.
In other words, it seems to be engraved on a part of the brain at an unconscious level.

Interesting is that it is easy to change habits if customs analyze the rhythm of mechanisms written above as a little "decision" to us and change the rewards and opportunities.

I thought that I would like to borrow various customs of people who think that they are good regardless of their work or private by reading this book.

It is a good book.

(12 Disruptive Technologies That Are Changing The World)

www.businessinsider.com

>An error occurred while installing nokogiri (1.6.8), and Bundler cannot

>continue.

>Make sure that `gem install nokogiri -v '1.6.8'` succeeds before bundling.

qiita.com

1.brew doctor

$ brew doctor

$ brew doctor
Please note that these warnings are just used to help the Homebrew maintainers
with debugging if you file an issue. If everything you use Homebrew for is
working fine: please don't worry and just ignore them. Thanks!

Warning: Some keg-only formula are linked into the Cellar.
Linking a keg-only formula, such as gettext, into the cellar with
`brew link <formula>` will cause other formulae to detect them during
the `./configure` step. This may cause problems when compiling those
other formulae.

Binaries provided by keg-only formulae may override system binaries
with other strange results.

You may wish to `brew unlink` these brews:
    homebrew/dupes/libiconv
    libxml2
    libxslt

◇Impression

Because I would like to be able to take communication with foreign people in English,
I wanted to learn the rules and tips of the way of speaking necessary for that, so I read this book.

As a comment, there was a place where the communication between Japanese people was also familiar, and it was fun to have new discoveries that there are completely different things.

Nonetheless, I think that it is okay if I read this book, but I am practicing it.
So I am thinking that I would like to jump into a community where there is a hobby, a job and a foreigner, and I want to talk with you.

Ruby on Railsでポートフォリオサイトを作ってみよう(その1)Let's make a portfolio site with Ruby on Rails (part 1)

suzan2go.hatenablog.com

blog.jnito.com

■Impression

Although I am a beginner to Rails, I started creating it because I wanted to create my own portfolio site in Rails.

The reference articles are as follows

First of all, we create a screen using Bootstrap and a user authentication screen for management.

Because Rails can easily add rich functions, it becomes a creator that can not be applied unless you understand it properly. . .

Since there is an error at the user authentication setting immediately, I will do my best to fix it.

<メモ>

■Impression

It is a so-called self-enlightenment book.

I want this book to be taken in my hands when I think it is hard.
I think there is something that echoes.

What I thought was important in "Message from God" written in this book

"Self-affirmation"

"I try to exceed my limit"

It is two.

For those who lose confidence by focusing too much on comparisons with other people or failure experiences,

For the latter, I think that there is something to learn about this book for people who have not changed the current situation (it may be only unchanged).

And it was written in this book, but read the message from God described in this book 100 days before going to bed every night.

I believe that if we can permeate our own subconscious level by repeating, it will surely change thinking, action, habits will change and different results will come out.

Actually, to be honest, since I have read such books from long ago, or because I am self-confident that I am able to practice / realize now,

"Yeah, I knew."

I think that there are many contents that I think is growing, I feel today is around this time.

<Memo>
· Entering beautiful and correct positive thoughts and ideas or planting it will harvest positive things.
· Tenacity is one of the most important secret of success
- Most of us make a prison that can confine ourselves. After living in it for a certain period of time, you will become accustomed to the walls of the prison and accept the false premise that life is such. It will be tormented by living death. Such a life is a rebellion against the faith that the creator planted in you.
· The lack of self-esteem leading people to failure is always a universal disease caused by a complex of anxiety, consciousness of sin, feeling of inferiority
