個人フットサルのススメ(Recommendation of individual futsal)

もし、全国個人フットサル通っている回数を数えたら、全国上位にいる自信はあるぐらいフットサルを続けている。(約5年間以上、大体週1のペース)

幸いなことに30代になっても成長を感じることができている。

そして、いつも来ている常連さんと多くは語らないけど一緒にプレーしたり、時には相手チームとして勝負するのが楽しい。

今日も、

Aさん：「今日何ゴール決めた？」

私:「5ですー。」

Aさん:「おれはまだ2ゴール。負けねえぞ〜」

なんて会話をしながら、お互いの持てるスキルを出しきる。自分のドリブルがワンパターンだと読まれて体を入れられて、すぐ狩られてしまう。

悔しい。

次は左で抜くとみせかけて右で抜きにかかる。

うまくいった！と思ったら、後ろから足を出されてボールがライン外にでてしまう。

惜しい。

そんな勝負をタイミングを見計らって仕掛け続ける。もちろん、チームが勝つことが優先なので持ちすぎないように注意する。

自分の持ち味は、主観だけどボールを狩ることと、スタミナぐらいしかない。後ろでボールを持つと狩られてしまう。なので、前線からプレスをかける。

ただやみくもにボールを追っかけてもさばかれては意味がないので、プレスをかけるときには相手のパスコースを限定するよう、角にいかせる。

そこから無理して出したパスを後方のチームメイトがカット。

ショートカウンターで私にパスがわたる。

最初のボールタッチで右にいくと上半身だけ体重移動のフェイント。

相手の足が届かない自分の左足側にボールを移動させる。

シュート！

左隅にゴール！

快感！

一例だけど、こんなことをずっーと繰り返している。でも全然飽きない。

フットサルする情熱は全然冷めない。

ジムやランニングを一時期していたが、どれもここまで継続することはなかった。

人間、本当に楽しいという感情がないと物事は続かないことを改めて思う。もう、脳が「自分」を形成するのに必要な行為として取り入れているような感覚がある。
「これをしないといい一週間を過ごしたことにならない」、みたいな。

いつまで続けることができるか？できれば50歳までは今より成長していたい。

自分よりも上手な人から技術を盗んだり、
サッカー動画を観たり、
トレーニングを調べてみたり、

まだまだ上達できそうだ。

フットサルに出会えてよかったことがいくつもある。

・最高の気分転換になり、リフレッシュできること
・身体がより丈夫になったこと
・チームプレーとは何かを考えさせられる

どれも↑を狙って、プレーしているわけではない。

ただ単純に楽しいからだ。それもただ好きではない。熱狂しているレベルだ。

そういえば、Dropbox創業者ドリュー・ヒューストンも「テニスボール」という表現を使って、同じような表現をしていた。

感想

ドラッカーに興味があり読んでみました。

内容としてはドラッカーの思考を著者の経験も交え、また図を使ってわかりやすく書かれています。

ただ、ドラッカーの原書は数冊読んだことある者としては著者の解釈がドラッカーの思考と本当に一致しているのか？と思う箇所がありました。

とはいえ、この本を読んで原書を読むと、一層ドラッカーの思考の理解が深まると思いました。

映画「楽園追放」が想像以上に面白かった。

プライム会員です。映画を探していると、この映画の評価がめちゃめちゃ高かったので観てみました。

感想として、世界観・ストーリー・キャラクター・BGM・戦闘シーン等々、どれも一級品って感じで、もう一回観たくなる(3回観た)映画でした。

ストーリーの出だしは宇宙にある電脳世界にハッキングが地球から行われたことから、主人公である捜査官アンジェラが地球に調査しに行くところから始まります。

協力員ディンゴと主人公がハッキングの居所を探しながら会話する内容や

そしてハッキングの正体が話す内容から

・AIと人との違いは？

・人間以上に人間らしいとは？

・全てが電脳に管理された世界に住むとはどういうことなのか？

・未知なる世界を旅するとは？

・自由とは？

・夢とは？

・・・etc

いい年ですが、いい意味で考えさせられる内容が多かったです。

監督を務めるのは『機動戦士ガンダム00』の水島精二さん。脚本は『魔法少女まどか☆マギカ』の虚淵玄さんだったんですね。これはもう最強タッグだと思いました。

ただ、一点、わからなかったことがあります。

物語終盤に市街地戦があるのですが、敵の先鋒隊を撃破したあと、後方部隊が多数来た際にまだロケットが打ち上げられていないのに、敵機が引き上げいくシーンが理解できませんでした。。。

メインの建物を撃破したからでしょうか？

誰かわかる人がいればコメント欲しいです。

本映画はオススメです。

キッコーマンの野菜の切り方動画がめちゃめちゃわかりやすい

最近、週一で料理をし始めました。

基礎的なところが全然わかっていないので、まずは野菜の切り方の動画を探していたところキッコーマンの動画を発見。

すごいわかりやすくていいなあと思ったのでこのブログに記載します。

具体的には次の3点が良かった。

・たくさんの野菜の切り方を一覧で見ることができるので、目当ての切り方をすぐに見つけることができる

・動画は基本的に30秒以内で完結

・説明の声がやさしい笑

野菜の切り方だけではなく、サイトのデザインも勉強になりました。

◇感想

感想としては、著者が物事を考えるときに論理と非論理をバランスよく使い分けて
考えていること。そして、論理的に考える際には徹底的に考えに考えていることがよくわかりました。

正直なところ、私の頭ではまだまだ理解できていない内容もありました笑。

一見すると、著者の歯に衣着せぬ発言が刺激的な内容なので、その刺激的な内容のみフォーカスして一般の人に取り上げられると誤解をしてしまう人が多いのかもしれないと思いました。

けど、著者の発言を冷静に読み解いていくと「そうだよね」って納得することが私は
多かったです。

例えば、本書に書かれていた、

・起業はしない方がいいこと
・夢とは長いあいだ叶わない欲求でしかないこと

などは世の中の多くの人が「これって、こういうことだよね」と考えていることに対して、著者は「でもそれってさ、○○は△△だからXと考えることができる。だから、本当はこういうことだよね？」っていう著者の考えを正直に提示しています。

著者の思考の広さと深さを少しだけ感じとることができました。

ちなみに私がニコニコ動画を見るのはもっぱら海外のサッカー動画チャンネルです。
コメントから視聴者の感情がタイムリーに、ダイレクトに伝わるので、自分の感情と
共感することもできるし、その逆もあったりします。

ともに視聴していることと、疑似的に共体験しているような感覚があるのが
ニコニコ動画をつい見てしまう魅力かもしれないですね。

もちろん、動画の良コンテンツの多さも大事ですが。。。

最近はニコニコ動画に限らず、私が見たことない、けど好奇心を満たすような
コンテンツはどう探せばヒット率が高まるのか？と考えています。。。

感想

今まで経営者の本を読んできた中で、感銘を一番受けたし大変心温まる内容でした。

それはなぜか？と考えてみると、

著者であるハワード・シュルツさんの誠実さが随所に伝わってきことはもちろん、
スターバックスが単なるコーヒーを売るだけではなく、コーヒーの本当のおいしさを伝えることと、仕事でも家でもない第三の憩いの場を作ることを本気で目指していることが伝わったからです。

また、失敗に苛むとか、成果がずっと出なくて苦しむといった困難に直面していたことを赤裸々に書かれていることに大変好感が持てたし、学びもたくせんありました。

この本を読んで次の3つは満たせる（創る）ような会社にしたいと思いました。

・難しいことへのチャレンジを推奨していること
・社員との強い信頼関係を構築できること

そして、やっぱり会社がうまくいくかどうかは、根底にはハワード・シュルツのように顧客に本物のコーヒーを味わって喜んでほしいと強く願うパッションが一番大切なんだなあと思いました。

こればっかりりは人から与えられるものではなく、自分で見つけないといけないところだと思いました。
