「FitBit Alta HR」を買ってみました。I bought "FitBit Alta HR".

❏購入までの経緯

趣味でフットサルをするので走った距離を測りたいこと、
時計が古いのでシンプルな時計に買い替えたかったこと。

この2つを満たす商品がないか探してみたところFitBit Alta HRを発見。7月に購入しました。

❏感想

感想として一言でいうと「コストパフォーマンス」がめちゃめちゃ高いと思います。

アプリをインストールして、FitBitと連携すれば↓のようにダッシュボードに歩数、距離、睡眠時間、心拍数などが表示されます。

機能としては大きく10個も付いています。

・着信、テキストメッセージ、カレンダー通知
・歩数、消費カロリー、距離
・自動睡眠記録と睡眠ステージ
・バッテリーの最大持続時間は 7 日間
・時計＆アラーム
・PurePulse 心拍計
・SmartTrack（ランニングやエアロバイクなどのエクササイズを自動検知・データ検出）
・運動リマインダー
・有酸素運動のフィットネスレベル測定
・交換可能バンド

個人的に役に立っているのが、電話着信時にバイブ振動で通知してくれること。
iPhoneもバイブにしているのですが、案外気づかないことが多くかなり助かっています。

また、睡眠の記録をどうやって測定しているか大変興味があるのですが深い眠りか浅い眠りかまで測定してくれます。

きちんと分析すれば、より眠りの改善に役立つと思います。

さらに交換可能バンドはたくさんの種類があるので、気分や用途に合わせて容易に変えることができます。

懸念点としてはフットサルでは手は使わないものの、ボールが当たったり、激しい接触でディスプレイが割れないか心配です。。。

そのため、ちょっとでも割れる確率を下げるためリストバンドをかぶせてフットサルしています。

❏カスタマー対応が素晴らしかった

買って1週間もしないうちにFitBitの電池が１日半ぐらいしか持たず、充電頻度が高くとても不便でした。

カスタマーサポートに問い合わせしたところ、リモートにて調査をすぐしてもらいました。結果、次のような返信を頂きました。

5日ほどで商品が届き、電池消費問題は解決できました。

感想として、不良品に当たってしまったことは悲しかったですが、迅速かつ適切な対応で代替品をすぐ送付してくれました。

カスタマーサポートさんに感謝です。

私はこのことを知ってほしくて、今回ブログを書いたのですがこういった双方にとってマイナスな出来事も丁寧に対応すれば、プラスに転じることができるんだなと感心しました。

❏ Background to purchase

Because I do futsal as a hobby I want to measure the distance I ran,
My watch is old and I want to replace it.

I found FitBit Alta HR when I searched for items that satisfy these two items. I bought it in July.

❏ Impression

In short terms I think that "cost performance" is extremely high as an impression.

Personally useful is to notify you by vibrating when you receive a call.
IPhone is also made into a vibe, but many things that I do not notice unexpectedly are considerably saved.

Also, I'm very interested in how we measure sleep records, but it measures to deep sleep or shallow sleep.

If you analyze it properly, I think that it will be useful for better sleep betterment.

Furthermore, there are many types of exchangeable bands, so you can easily change them according to your mood and application.

As a matter of concern, although I do not use hands at futsal, I am worried that the ball will hit or the display will break due to intense contact. . .

Therefore, in order to lower the probability of breaking a bit, I put a wristband and futsal.

❏ Customer response was great

Within a week I bought FitBit 's batteries for about a day and a half, so it was very inconvenient to charge frequently.

I contacted customer support and as soon as I had the survey done remotely. As a result, I received the following reply.

The product arrived in about 5 days, and the battery consumption problem was solved.

As impressions, I felt sorry that I hit a defective item, but it quickly and appropriately responded and sent the substitute item immediately.

I appreciate customer support.

I wanted to know this and I wrote a blog this time but I was impressed that if you negotiate negative events carefully for these two sides, you can turn to positive.
