ドラッカーに興味があり本書を読んでみました。
長年、ドラッカーの本を翻訳してきた著者の知見が糸井さんとの対談形式で展開されています。
ドラッカーの本は今まで数冊読んできましたが、本書はドラッカーがどういう思いで本を書いてきたのかが語られているので、よりドラッカー本の理解が深まりそうです。
個人的には下記引用箇所が印象的でした。
アメリカでは、企業というのは自己利益ばかり追求する存在。
そこから「どう身を守るか」が問題なわけで、そんなとこで「経営学」として
教えられてるのが、いわゆる「MBA」なわけです。
ろくな経済社会になっていないわけですよ、実際。
社会的な存在としての人間が、自由で、いきいきと働けて幸せであるような、そんな世の中をつくるには、どうしたらいいか。
ドラッカーが「マネジメント」を開発したのはそういう動機からなんです。
だからこそ、ドラッカーの「マネジメント」には「お金もうけ」という言葉が出てこないんだな。
ドラッカーが、いつも投げかける問いがあって、それは「何をもって憶えられたいか」なんです。
ドラッカー好きな人も、そうでない人もわかりやすく、会社とは？利益とは？といった根本的な内容が語られているので本書はオススメです。

I am interested in Drucker and I read this book.
For many years, the knowledge of the author who translated Drucker's book has been developed in a dialogue format with Mr. Itoi.
I have read several books of Drucker so far, but understanding of Drucker book seems to be more deepened as this book tells you what Drucker wrote a book with.
Personally, the following quoted part was impressive.
In the United States, companies are pursuing only self-interests.
From there, "How to protect yourself" is a problem, so in that place as "business administration"
What is taught is so-called "MBA".It is not a bad economic society, actually.
How can we make such a world that human beings as social beings are free, lively and happy to work.
It is from such a motive that Drucker developed "management".
That is why, in Drucker's 'management' there is no word 'moneymaking'.
There is a question that Drakker always throws, which is "Do you want to memorize with anything"?
People who like Drucker, others who do not understand it are easy to understand, what is a company? What is profit? This book is recommended as it is told the fundamental contents such as.
