このペースを維持したいと思います。
引き続き、聞き間違えたor聞き取れなかった設問と答えを復習がてら書いてみました。
Q. I'd like to book a room for three nights.
A. Let me just check our availability.
ourが聞き取れなかったです。
Q: When will Cheryl inform the customers about the delay?
(A) I'm not sure what her plans are.
Cherylという固有名詞に？となり、その後のInformが聞き取れなかったです。
herも聞き取れなかったです。
Q: This lunch is not very appealing.
A. Maybe we should use a different caterer next time.
appealingが a + 別の単語？のように聞こえてしまい、文全体がよくわかりませんでした。
use a diffetentの「a」も聞き取れなかったです。
Q: What type of batteries does this device take?
(B) I'll have a look at the instructions.
batteriesは単語は知っているのですが、違う単語のような聞こえ方をしてしまい難しかったです。
45. How often do the team leaders meet?
(A) Only when there's a problem.
there's a が 「ゼアザ」みたいな聞こえ方をして？になってしまいました。
7. Naomi isn't back from the store yet, is she?
What's the final stop for this express bus?
forが聞き取れなかった。
(A) That would be Amber Station.
Where's the new bus station going to be built?
to be built が一つの単語のように聞こえてしまいました。
32. Is there time for more questions, or should we finish here?
(A) We'd better wrap it up.
wrap it up：終わりにする、このイディオムを知りませんでした。
35. Won't the presentation handouts be printed today?
(B) They should be ready any minute now.
be printedがうまく聞き取れなかったです。
こう書くと全然聞き取れない感じですが、実は正解することが多いです。
たくさんの問題を解くのもいいですが、きちんと聞き取れるまで何回も聞くことも大切かもしれません。
