Railsではまったこと(その1:nokogiri installエラー)

■事象

rake g controller xxを実行するとエラーが発生。どうやらGemがいけてないらしく

bundle installをすると次のようなエラーが発生

>An error occurred while installing nokogiri (1.6.8), and Bundler cannot

>continue.

>Make sure that `gem install nokogiri -v '1.6.8'` succeeds before bundling.

ちなみに、bundle installとは

「bundle install」を行なうと、「Gemfile」に書かれたGemパッケージと、そのGemパッケージが依存しているGemパッケージを自動的に調べて全てインストールしてくれます。「Gemfile.lock」はインストールされたGemパッケージの名前とバージョンが記録されたもの。

■調べたこと・やってみたこと

そもそもnokogiriって何？っていうところだったので調べてみるとどうやらスクレイピイングをする際に便利な機能がついているものらしい。

一度、nokogiriをアンインストールして再インストールしたものの変わらず。。。

いろいろググりながら試行錯誤して解決できたのが次の参考サイト。

やったことは

1.brew doctorを実行(インストールの問題をチェック)

$ brew doctor

2.libiconv でエラーがでていたので、指示の通り brew unlink をそれぞれ行いました。

$ brew doctor

結果、エラーが解決したものの、イマイチ根本原因がわかっていない状態。

 ◇感想

英語でコミュニケーションを外国に人と取ることができるようになりたいので、
そのために必要な話し方のルールやコツを学びたく本書を読んでみました。

感想としては日本人同士のコミュニケーションにも通じるところはあったし、全然違うところがあったりと新たな発見があって面白かったです。

とはいえ本書を読めば大丈夫、というわけではなく実践してなんぼだと思います。
なので趣味なり仕事なり外国の方がいるコミュニティーに飛び入って会話してみたい、と思う今日この頃です。

1.英語で自己紹介をする技術
　・相手の目を見て、ガッチリ握手し、相手の名前を言う
　・ミスターが失礼になる場合を知っておく
　どう呼べばいいかどうかを相手に確認するときは
　How should I address you?
　と言う
・What do you do ?(あなたの仕事はなんですか？の意味ｍある)
・出身地は遠回しに聞く(Where are you from?はNG)
　　→Have you lived there for a long time?
・宗教と政治の話は避ける

◇Impression

Because I would like to be able to take communication with foreign people in English,
I wanted to learn the rules and tips of the way of speaking necessary for that, so I read this book.

As a comment, there was a place where the communication between Japanese people was also familiar, and it was fun to have new discoveries that there are completely different things.

Nonetheless, I think that it is okay if I read this book, but I am practicing it.

■所感

Rails初心者ですが、Railsで自分用のポートフォリオサイトを作りたいと思い作成に着手し始めました。

参考にしている記事は次の2つです。

まずはBootstrapを使った画面や管理用のユーザ認証画面を作成しています。

Railsはリッチな機能を簡単に追加できる分、きちんと理解していないと応用ができない作り手になってしまいますね。。。

さっそくユーザ認証設定のところでエラーがでているので、解決に向けて頑張っていきます。

この世で一番の奇跡

■感想

いわゆる自己啓発本です。

この本はつらいと思うときにこの本を手にとって欲しいです。
きっと響くものがあると思います。

私が本書で書かれている、「神からのメッセージ」で大事なことだと思ったのは

「自己肯定感」

「自分の限界を超えてみる」

の2つです。

前者は他者との比較や失敗経験にフォーカスしすぎて自信を失っている人に対して、
後者はなかなか今の状況が変わらない（変えていないだけかも）人に対して、本書はきっと学ぶことがあると思います。

そして、本書にも書かれていましたが、本書記載の神からのメッセージを100日間は毎晩寝る前に読むこと。

繰り返すことで自己の潜在意識レベルまで浸透させることができれば、きっと、思考がかわり、行動がかわり、習慣がかわって、今までと違う成果がでてくると信じています。

実は正直なところ、私は昔からこういった本を読んできたからなのか、それとも今の自分が実践・実現できている自負があるからなのか、

「うんうん。知ってたよ。」

と思う内容が多くあり、成長したのかなーと感じる今日この頃です。

・美しくて正しい肯定的な考えや思想を入力したり、植えたりすれば、肯定的なものを収穫するようになる。
・粘り強さこそ最も重要な成功の秘訣の一つだ
・わしらのほとんどは自分自身を閉じ込める監獄を作るのです。一定の期間、その中に住んでいると、その監獄の壁に慣れてしまい、人生とはこんなものだという偽りの前提を受け入れるようになるのです。生きながらの死に苦しめられるようになるのです。そんな生活は、創造者があなたの中に植え付けた信仰に対する反逆です。

I want this book to be taken in my hands when I think it is hard.

チェスレート1200やっと超えました。

■所感

↑のオンラインのチェスをし始めてから、ようやく、ようやく、レートが1200を超えました。

我流で対戦しながら鍛えいくスタイルを取っていましたが、1100台後半からしばらくずっと、1200オーバーの人達を倒すことができず、悶々とした日々を送っていました。

けど、今日の対戦でようやく1200をオーバーすることができました。

ちなみにレーティングと習熟度の目安はこんな感じです。

私も中級者と名乗ってもいいかな。

ちなみに今までの統計も見ることができるのですが、668局もやってたんですね。週に数局しかしていないのですが、自分でもビックリです。

とはいえ、数年継続してましたからね。

ただ、我流にも限界を感じはじめたのでいい本とかないかな？

もっと序盤戦と中盤戦でオプションを増やしたいです。
