HARD THINGS

HARD THINGS

【English Version】

For example,

· When you have to dismiss an employee
· When you bring a close friend, but the performance is not demonstrated
· When the company's performance is not good
· When demoting best friends
... etc

Features of this book is effective for tackling negative events in terms of company management
There is a wealth of remedies written.

Through the author 's book, what I learned is that I will not escape from the problem (precisely I can not escape).
Although it may be said that it is commonplace, the author could regain the company
I think that it is because it hits the problem straight from the problem and I have performed actions to resolve at high speed.

When I just entered the battlefield, I felt that I needed a momentary judgment and action power.
It is exactly the real war (entrepreneurship and company management) that can acquire that power.

It was a very readable content. Not limited to CEOs
People of executives and those who work are also recommended to read one.

【Note】

· To cherish people, products and benefits. To keep this order

· When moving large organizations, complex decision-making, prioritization, organization design, process improvement,
Organizational communication tends to be very good at work.
· Essential elements for business continuity
- Minimize internal politics
- Correct ambition
- Build your own corporate culture

· Many competent executives from large companies have three new projects in the quarter
I would say that it is too much
As a result, executives of large companies tend to be interrupt driven
In the case of start-up executives, nothing happens unless you set them up.
In the startup period of the company, if you can not handle 8 to 10 projects a day
The company stops

· Whatever happens, do not judge on the surface
Even people and things can not know anything unless they make efforts to learn well.
As long as you rely on common shorts with no effort or dedication, those who do not know much are worse

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell
"Leadership is the ability to make people follow people after all, even if curious."

· What is the secret of a successful CEO?
⇒ Ability to concentrate best hands when there is no good hand
The moment you want to escape or die, you can show the biggest difference as the CEO
What to do after a major failure
The good news is that both myself and other CEOs have abundant experiences of major failures

- In the first place, unless you are a human being with a high purpose consciousness and deeply committing to your work, you will not become a CEO
There is no training to become a (competent) CEO
There is no other than CEO training really becomes CEO
The only useful experience is to run the company

· Even if you know what to do, things that work out are totally over
It is a terrible competition and it creates a organization by combining various elements in a fluid environment and it is not understood what goes wrong

· All my problems in the company are my responsibility
I could not impose a responsibility in my position
It was my responsibility if the company could not achieve the quarterly profit target
