1.本の感想
自分の勉強方法の見直しのために、本書を読んでみました。
本書でも書かれていた、
「小論文は知識量と論理力がある人しか書けない」
という内容ですが、長い文章を書く(1,000文字以上)には自分の考えを構造的にまとめる必要があります。
私はこの力がほんと弱いなーって感じます。。。
自分よりも文章力がある人にフィードバックをもらうのがトレーニングとしてはいいかもしれません。
文章力こそビジネスマンとして、強く求められているスキルなんじゃないかなって思います。
2.勉強について
自分が気をつけたいのが、自分がしている勉強がどんなアウトプット（ゴール）を望んでいるかをはっきりすることです。
勉強には大きく次の２つに分けることができると思っています。
「稼ぐことに寄与する勉強」 or「寄与しない勉強」です。
「稼ぐことに寄与する勉強」とは、例えば昇進のために必須であったり、仕事をするためには認可資格が必要だから勉強する、といった内容を指します。
言い換えれば、次の式を満たすものが「稼ぐことに寄与する勉強」と言ってもいいかもしれません。
リターン = 勉強後の稼ぎ - 現在の稼ぎ - 投資額（テキスト代など） > X万円
※Xは人によって様々
難しいのが、勉強自体が上記のようにリターンを明確に表すことが難しいことです。
例えば歴史の本を読んだり、仕事ができる人を真似たり、異業種交流をしたりといった幅広い勉強が結果的にリターンにつながることが多いような気がします。
けど、資格ビジネスはリターンがあるかのように謳うものも多いと思っています。
仕事は実務で価値を発揮できるかどうかが全てだと思います。
なので、資格ビジネスは資格自体が実務で価値を発揮することを”保証”してくれるわけではないので、肝に銘じておきたいと思います。

It may be good training to get feedback from someone who has more writing skills than you.

2. About studying
What I want to be careful about is to clarify what kind of output (goal) the study I am doing wants.
I think that studying can be roughly divided into the following two.
"Study that contributes to earning" or "Study that does not".
"Study that contributes to earning" refers to, for example, studying because it is essential for promotion or because a license is required to work.
In other words, it may be said that what satisfies the following formula is "study that contributes to earning".
Return = Earnings after study-Current earnings-Investment amount (text fee, etc.)> X 10,000 yen
* X varies from person to person
The difficulty is that the study itself is difficult to clearly express the return as described above.
For example, I feel that a wide range of studies such as reading history books, imitating people who can work well, and interacting with different industries often result in returns.
However, I think that many qualification businesses claim to have a return.
I think that work is all about being able to demonstrate value in practice.
Therefore, the qualification business does not "guarantee" that the qualification itself will show its value in practice, so I would like to keep it in mind.
