慶應SDMの広告をFaceBookでしばしば目にするので読んでみました。
所感としては、イノベーションのハウツー本にとどまらず、どういうったチームやメンバーだといいのか、メンバーのスタンスなどにも言及されているのが良かったです。
ただ、私もいくつか新規事業提案をトライしてみた経験上、資金や人的リソース、技術的な問題など、物事がうまく進まない大きな壁があったときにどう乗り越えるのか。。。
この辺りがどうしても精神論になりやすくノウハウがあってもいいと思っています。
イノベーションはたくさんの失敗の上でなりたっているので失敗から学べることも多くあるのではないかと私は考えます。

I often read Keio SDM ads on FaceBook.
